Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cratezy's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Cratezy provides reusable moving crate rentals, valet storage, and on-demand pickup truck services in the Dallas–Fort Worth metropolitan area. We deliver reusable moving supplies, store your belongings, and dispatch drivers and vehicles on demand.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate booking and delivery information
• Ensure access to delivery and pickup locations during scheduled windows
• Return all rented equipment in good condition
• Pay all fees on time as outlined in your booking confirmation
• Not use equipment to transport illegal or hazardous materials

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By booking, you authorize Cratezy to charge:

• One-time delivery, pickup, or trip fees
• Recurring storage or crate-rental fees as agreed
• Replacement fees for lost, damaged, or unreturned items
• Late fees for overdue rentals

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery. Trip fees are non-refundable once a driver is dispatched. Storage subscriptions can be cancelled at any time once items are returned.

6. Liability Limitations

While we take great care of your belongings, Cratezy is not liable for damage to items stored in our crates unless caused by our gross negligence. We recommend obtaining insurance for high-value items. Our liability is limited to $100 per crate for storage services.

7. Equipment Ownership

All crates, bins, and equipment remain Cratezy property. Refer to our Rental Agreement for detailed terms on equipment use and replacement fees.

8. Service Area

Services are currently available only in our designated Dallas–Fort Worth service zones. We reserve the right to refuse service outside these areas.

9. Modification of Terms

Cratezy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Dallas County, Texas.
